  • The service delivered does not match the agreed scope.

Completed or partially completed services are not refundable, but we may offer corrections, revisions, or partial refunds at our discretion.

2.2 Physical Products (if applicable)

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2.3 Customized or Personalized Work

Customized deliverables (logos, designs, project plans, reconstructions, tailored documents, etc.) cannot be refunded once delivered, unless:

  • There is a clear error on our side;
  • The final result does not meet the specifications defined in writing.

  • Downloaded digital files

  • Third-party contractor costs already incurred
